Reexports, combined with recent news of increased cargo flight routes from the XUAR to the European Union and the United Kingdom and PRC government statistics showing increased exports from the XUAR, suggest a need for a more coordinated international response to goods made with forced labor, and perhaps a reconsideration of CBP’s permissive reexport policy.
