Hikvision and Dahua have already been sanctioned, banned, and widely-condemned in the media for their roles facilitating human rights abuses in Xinjiang a.k.a. East Turkistan. New research by the Uyghur Human Rights Project adds to the mix, citing several IPVM reports.
